What do clients ask before starting?
Where is 4DEE Technologies based?
Our head office is at Mega Tower, Gulberg, Lahore. We deliver projects nationwide, including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hyderabad and Bahawalpur.
Do you work with businesses outside Lahore?
Yes. The majority of our clients are outside Lahore. Most work is delivered remotely with video calls and shared project tracking, and we schedule on-site visits where a project genuinely needs them — such as photography, filming or staff training.
How much does a website cost in Pakistan?
It depends entirely on scope — a company profile, an online store and a custom application are very different pieces of work. We give you a fixed written quotation once we understand what you need, and that figure does not move later. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will price it honestly.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes. All projects include a support period after launch, and we offer monthly maintenance covering updates, security patching, backups, monitoring and content changes.
Will I own my website and source code?
Yes. On final payment, the source code, domain, hosting account and all project assets belong to you, with documentation. You are free to move them elsewhere at any time.
How long does a typical project take?
A business website usually takes three to five weeks, an e-commerce store six to ten weeks, and a custom application ten to sixteen weeks. Timelines are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Yes. Project work is normally structured as an advance to begin, a milestone payment during development, and the balance on delivery. Hosting and retainer services are billed in advance for the agreed period.

How long before SEO shows results?
Technical fixes can show within weeks. Meaningful ranking and traffic improvements for competitive terms typically take three to six months of consistent work.
How long does a web application take to build?
A focused internal tool typically takes 4–6 weeks. A larger customer-facing platform with payments and multiple user roles usually runs 10–16 weeks. We confirm the timeline in writing before starting.
Do you guarantee first position on Google?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Google does not sell or guarantee rankings. We commit to the work, the method and transparent reporting on real progress.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. On final payment the source code and all project assets are handed over to you, with documentation.
Do giveaways actually bring customers or just freebie hunters?
They bring both, which is why the mechanics matter. Entry requirements tied to your product, prizes your real customers want and a follow-up sequence for entrants turn a giveaway into a lead list rather than a spike of unrelated followers.
How long does a corporate documentary take to produce?
A 3–5 minute company film typically takes four to eight weeks from brief to final delivery. Multi-location documentaries with travel across provinces run two to four months, mostly because of scheduling and permissions.
What does an SEO audit from 4DEE include?

Do you build mobile apps as well as web applications?
We build responsive web applications that work on any phone browser, and progressive web apps that install to the home screen. If a project genuinely needs native iOS or Android features, we design the API and partner on the native build.
Are giveaway campaigns legal in Pakistan?
Yes, when run as a promotion with clear rules, no purchase-as-lottery element and transparent winner selection. We draft the terms and keep the campaign within platform policies on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Do you film outside Lahore and in remote areas?
Yes. We have filmed in all four provinces, including field locations for development-sector clients. We arrange local permissions, fixers and logistics as part of the production.
Do you do local SEO for Google Maps?
Yes. Google Business Profile optimisation, citation clean-up, review strategy and city-level landing pages are part of most retainers, because for service businesses in Pakistan the map pack is where the calls come from.
Can a web application connect to software we already use?
Yes. We regularly integrate with accounting packages, ERPs, courier APIs, payment gateways such as JazzCash and Easypaisa, SMS gateways and Google Workspace. Integration points are listed in the written scope before work starts.
Can you run product sampling and on-ground activations?
Yes. We plan mall, university and market activations with staffing, permissions and lead capture, and connect them to the online campaign so results are measured together.
Can you produce the documentary in Urdu and English?
Yes. We record interviews in whichever language the subject is comfortable in and deliver versions with Urdu or English subtitles, or separate voice-over tracks for each.

What do we receive at the end?

Can customers pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is included as standard, with an order confirmation step to reduce fake and duplicate orders.
Which payment gateways do you support?
We commonly integrate JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer workflows and card processing. If you already hold a merchant account we can integrate that directly.
What size of events do you manage?
From 50-person dealer meetings and press launches to conferences and exhibitions of over a thousand attendees. The team scales with the event; the single point of contact does not change.
How much does product photography cost per product in Pakistan?
It is priced per SKU and depends on the number of angles, whether you need lifestyle shots and how much retouching the product needs. Send us a product count and we will quote a fixed per-item rate in writing.
Which platforms should a Pakistani business be on?
It depends on the customer. Facebook and Instagram still reach the widest consumer audience in Pakistan, TikTok is strongest for under-30s and product discovery, LinkedIn for B2B and export buyers. We recommend two platforms done well over five done badly.
Which platform do you build stores on?
It depends on the catalogue and the team running it. Shopify and WooCommerce suit most retail stores; a custom build suits businesses with unusual pricing, B2B ordering or ERP integration. We recommend one in writing with the reasons, and you own the result either way.
Do you manage events outside Lahore?
Yes. We deliver events in Karachi, Islamabad and other cities regularly, working with vetted local venues and vendors we have used before.
Do you shoot in your studio or at our premises?
Both. Small and medium products come to our Lahore studio; large items, machinery and food are usually shot on site. We travel to Karachi, Faisalabad, Sialkot and other cities for catalogue shoots.
Do you manage the ad spend or do we pay Meta directly?
You pay the platform directly from your own ad account, so you see every rupee. We manage the campaigns inside your account and report spend, cost per lead and results monthly.
How do you reduce fake and returned COD orders?
Order confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch, address validation, a COD limit for first-time customers and courier selection by city. Stores we build with these steps see materially fewer return-to-origin parcels than stores that ship every order blind.
Can you handle registration and guest management?
Yes. Digital invitations, online registration, QR check-in, badges and post-event follow-up are included, with the attendee list delivered to you afterwards.
Are the images ready for Daraz, Amazon and our own store?
Yes. We deliver images that meet marketplace requirements — pure white backgrounds, correct dimensions and file sizes — alongside web-optimised versions for your own site.
How many posts a month are included?
Plans typically run 12 to 20 posts a month across two platforms, including short video. The exact count is set in the written scope and adjusted as we see what your audience responds to.
Is photography and video included?
Yes. Our in-house photography and videography team covers the event, so you get same-day social content and a highlight film without hiring a second vendor.
Can you photograph textiles and garments on models?
Yes. We shoot flat-lay, ghost-mannequin and on-model garment photography, which is the bulk of our work for Faisalabad and Sialkot exporters.
Can you handle comments and messages?
Yes. Community management — replying to comments and inbox enquiries within agreed hours — is included in most retainers, with escalation rules for complaints and sales leads.
Do you charge to migrate my existing website?
No. Migration of your website, databases, email and DNS is included free when you move hosting to us.
Is SSL included?
Yes. A free SSL certificate is installed on every hosting plan and renews automatically.
How quickly do we get the photos after the event?
A selection of edited images is delivered the same day for social media and press. The full edited set and the highlight video follow within three to five working days.
What does an IT consultant actually do for a small business?
Works out what technology you need and what you do not — reviewing current systems, interviewing staff, mapping the process and recommending specific software, hosting or custom development with costs and a sequence. The output is a written plan, not a sales pitch.
Where are your servers located?
Primary servers are in data centres with direct low-latency routes to Pakistan; we choose the region per client based on where their visitors are. Backups are stored in a second location.
Do you cover events outside Lahore?
Yes. We cover events in Karachi, Islamabad and every major city, and travel is quoted transparently as part of the fixed price.
Are you independent, or do you sell the systems you recommend?
Independent. We take no commission from software vendors. If the right answer is an off-the-shelf product we do not build, we say so.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring checks every site around the clock and alerts our team automatically. Most incidents are resolved before the client notices; where a fix needs your input we call, not email.
Can you live-stream the event?
Yes. We provide multi-camera live streaming to YouTube, Facebook or a private link for internal events, alongside the recorded coverage.
Can you audit a system another vendor built for us?
Yes. Code, security, hosting and data audits of existing systems are a common engagement, especially before renewing a contract or when a vendor has stopped responding.
Who owns the photographs?
You do. All images and footage are delivered with full usage rights for your marketing, press and internal use.
How is IT consultancy priced?
As a fixed fee for a defined assessment, or a monthly retainer for ongoing advisory. The fee and deliverables are agreed in writing before we start.
Does YouTube pay creators in Pakistan?
Yes. Pakistan is a supported AdSense country. Once the channel meets the YouTube Partner Programme thresholds, earnings are paid to a Pakistani bank account through wire transfer each month above the payout minimum.
Is shared hosting fast enough for a business website?
For a company profile, portfolio or small store with moderate traffic, yes — our shared servers are not oversold and use SSD storage and server-side caching. If your site outgrows it we move you to a dedicated plan without downtime.
How long does it take to reach monetisation?
With consistent weekly uploads on a focused topic, most channels we work with reach 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in six to twelve months. Channels that post irregularly rarely get there.
Can I host more than one website on a shared plan?
Yes. Plans allow multiple addon domains, each with its own email and SSL. We advise on the right plan once we know how many sites and how much traffic you expect.
Do you produce the videos or teach us to?
Either. We can produce and edit for you, or train your team on filming, editing and thumbnails so the channel becomes self-sufficient — most business clients choose a mix.
Do you offer email with shared hosting?
Yes. Every plan includes email accounts on your domain with webmail, IMAP for phones and desktop clients, and spam filtering.
Can a business channel be monetised as well as a personal one?
Yes. The same thresholds apply. For most businesses the bigger return is leads and brand search rather than ad revenue, and we plan the content around that.
How do I move from my current host?
Send us your current cPanel or FTP login and we migrate files, databases, email and DNS for free, then test everything before the domain is pointed at us.
When does a business need a dedicated server instead of shared hosting?
When traffic or processing regularly hits the limits of a shared plan, when an application needs custom software or root access, or when a client or regulator requires data isolation. We will tell you honestly if shared or a VPS is enough.
Do you manage the server or just provide it?
We manage it: operating system updates, security patching, firewall, monitoring, backups and incident response are included. You can have root access as well if your own team wants it.
Can you host our application on a dedicated server in Pakistan?
Yes. We can place servers with Pakistani data centres where in-country hosting is required, or in international regions with low latency to Pakistan where that serves visitors better.
What is included in managed security?
Firewall configuration, intrusion detection, malware scanning, automatic patching, SSL management and daily off-server backups with tested restores.
Should a Pakistani business register .pk or .com?
Register both if you can. .pk or .com.pk signals a Pakistani business to local customers and to Google Pakistan; .com protects the brand internationally and is expected by overseas buyers. Point one at the other.
Who owns the domain after you register it?
You do. Domains are registered in your business name with your contact details, and you receive the registrar login. We manage renewals on your behalf only if you ask us to.
How long does a .pk domain take to register?
PKNIC registrations normally complete within one to three working days once payment is confirmed. International domains are usually live within minutes.
Can you transfer my existing domain to your management?
Yes. We handle the transfer authorisation, keep the existing DNS records so nothing goes offline, and set up renewal reminders.
