Use of this website

By accessing this website you agree to use it lawfully and not in any way that damages it, impairs its availability, or infringes the rights of others.

Services and quotations

All services are provided under a written quotation or agreement specifying scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, project work requires an advance payment before commencement, with the balance due on delivery. Hosting, domain and retainer services are billed in advance for the agreed period.

Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, ownership of project deliverables and source code transfers to the client. Content on this website — text, graphics, logos and images — remains the property of 4DEE Technologies unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services but cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in respect of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
