View case studyA multilingual B2B catalogue with downloadable specifications and buyer enquiry tracking, built to convert international buyers.
A Faisalabad textile manufacturer with three decades of production history was losing enquiries to smaller competitors. The reason was not price or quality — it was that overseas buyers had no way to evaluate the factory without visiting it. The existing site was four pages, listed no specifications, and loaded slowly from Europe.
In export textiles the shortlist is drawn long before anyone gets on a plane. If a buyer in Germany cannot confirm your certifications, your capacity and your product range in a few minutes, you are not on it.
A multilingual B2B catalogue platform organised the way buyers actually evaluate suppliers. Every product carries full technical specifications, fabric composition, weight, finish options and minimum order quantities, with downloadable specification sheets for offline circulation.
Certification and compliance documentation sits in its own section rather than buried in a PDF, and factory capability pages set out machinery, monthly capacity and quality-control process in plain terms.
Enquiries are captured against the specific product being viewed, so the sales team knows what a buyer was looking at before they reply — not just that someone filled in a form.
The complete product range was shot to a single consistent standard by our product photography team, including macro work on weave, stitching and finish where the quality argument is actually won. Consistency across hundreds of SKUs mattered as much as the quality of any single image — a catalogue that looks assembled from different sources reads as disorganised.
The site was tuned to load quickly from European and North American connections rather than only from Punjab: compressed and correctly sized images, server-level caching, and a lean front end. A catalogue that takes eight seconds to open on a buyer’s office connection is a catalogue that gets closed.
Because the revenue sits abroad, optimisation targeted product and capability terms searched in buyer markets rather than local Pakistani queries. Structured data, clean URL architecture and an XML sitemap were built in from the start by the development team, so no retrofit was needed afterwards.
